  • 7TH SEPTEMBER The princess Elizabeth is born, the daughter of Henry VIII of England and Anne Boleyn
  • Blanche arrived at the Royal Court with her aunt, Blanche Milborne Lady Troy,

  • 21ST JANUARY Kat Ashley was arrested and implicated in the schemes of Thomas Seymour.. Blanche, was second in the household, was Elizabeth's Chief Gentlewoman while Kat was in prison. Kat returned to Elizabeths service in August 1549.

  • 18TH MARCH The princess Elizabeth was she was imprisoned in the Tower of London for beliefs she was involved in the Thomas Wyatt.
  • Rebellion. Blanche is with her as attendant
  • 22ND MAY The Princess Elizabeth was moved from the Tower to Woodstock, where she was to spend almost a year under house arrest in the charge of Sir Henry Bedingfield.

  • Blanche Milborne, Blanche's aunt died.

  • 17TH NOVEMBER Queen Mary Tudor is dead and now her hald sister Elizabeth is Queen of England.
  • Blanche was put in charge of the Queen's jewels

  • For Elizabeth's coronation Blanche was given 7 yards of scarlet, 15 yards of crimson velvet, 1¼ yards of cloth of gold yellow with work and ¾ yard cloth of gold black with work, which must have been made into truly beautiful dresses. Her salary of £33 6s 8d remained unchanged throughout Elizabeth's reign.

  • Blanche became blind in the 1580s but continued to live at Court

  • Blanche made her final will, which was supervised by William Cecil her cousin.

  • 12TH FEBRUARY Blanche Parry died.
 
Blanche Parry was buried in St. Margaret's Church, Westminster, the queen having paid all her funeral expenses

  • Blanche Parry as a personal attendant of Queen Elizabeth I of England.
 
  • Blanche and her sisters were educated by the Augustinian nuns of Aconbury , Blanche mother was English, however her family were of Welsh origins. Blanche’s father was Steward of the Cistercian Dore Abbey and was also Sheriff of Herefordshire.
 
  • Blanches aunt, Blanche Milborne, Lady Herbert of Troy, always known as Lady Troy, was the Lady Mistress in charge of the upbringing of Queen Elizabeth I, Edward VI and also of Queen Mary when she lived with the younger Tudor children . Blanche was a relation of Henry Carey through marriage of one of her nieces Anne Morgan. Henry Carey was the son of Mary Boleyn and first cousin to Queen Elizabeth 1st of England.
 
  • Blanche served Queen Elizabeth from Elizabeth's birth till her last breadth. Blanche herself wrote in her epitaph in Bacton Church that she was the servant of the Queen, "whose cradle saw I rocked", Blanche never married, she remained devoted to Elizabeth all her life
