• John Erskine, is given the charge of caring for Anne’s son Henry Fredrick, as James did not want his son influenced by Anne’s beliefs. this caused enormous tension between Anne and James in their marriage. Anne began an ongoing campaign in order to see her son Henry.

• Anne’s brother Christian IV Denmark, visits England giving her a £2,000 diamond in memory of the dog, whose name was jewel.

• During the State visit of Anne's brother Christian IV Denmark ,there was allot of heavy drinking indulged in by English and Danes alike caused some unfavourable comments: both Christian and James had an ability to consume great amounts of alcohol, while remaining lucid, which most of their courtiers did not share. The entertainment which was intended to crown the visit- a masque of Solomon and the Queen of Sheba- was described by the audience as a drunken fiasco, where most of the players simply fell over from the effects of too much wine.

• 22ND JUNE: Anne's daughter Sophia is born, and Hadley died by 24th June.

• 2ND MARCH: Anne of Denmark died at the age of forty-four of a dangerous form of dropsy, at Hampton Court Palace
