A “World Without End” is an eight-part miniseries, that was a follow up to “Pillars of the Earth”. The series was made in 2012 and is based on the novel of the same name by Ken Follet. The series begins 150 years after that last series ended. Beginning in the year 1327. It chronicles the experiences of the fictional English town of Kingsbridge during the start of the Hundred Years' War and the outbreak of the Black Death. King Edward the III  is King of England and story unfolds that Edward II , goes under the disguised name of “Thomas Langley” in the town of Kingsbridge.

The series ran for a total of 374 minutes and was first broadcasted on the 4th September 2012. World Without End was released by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment  on the 4th December 2012 on  DVD and Blu-ray Disc.
